The O'pen BIC River Series has been replaced with the Bendigo Bank Youth Cup . This series is for local ,state and interstate Open Bic Sailors to compete against other Bic Sailors combined with Opti,s , Sabots and Laser 4.7 to give Junior sailors from different classes the chance to sail in friendly competition amongst several different class boats
